Disciple the Nations.

Creating a movement of disciples in the arts.

Disciple the Nations.

Thank you for your prayers.

The one who leads in the arts
disciples the nations.
Just look around.

I've received a lot of criticism over the years.
And one that gets repeated
is "that's not how you grow a ministry."
I usually get this from someone who doesn't know my story,
and who thinks I'm just starting out.
Usually they tell to do things I gave up doing in 2006.
Belonging House cannot be measured by the ministry system
and so it looks like nothing to those who are judging me.
It's good to ask questions before you draw conclusions.

I never intended to start a ministry,
I intended to listen to God and do what he told me.
I have over thirty years of
ministry experience, eduction, and knowledge.
I chose to walk away from it all.
On purpose.

No fundraising,
no marketing.
I just prayed and obeyed.
Mostly.
I now call it the "great unlearning."

God was calling me to start a movement.
There is a big difference between a movement and a ministry.
In October
the audio book of Artists at a Shift in Time is going to be released.
Over the next few weeks I want to talk about the foundations
of what being a disciple is:
knowing the scriptures
and the power of God.

I have to say hard things in the next few emails.
Sometimes a dad has to say hard things.
Our culture,
and the church in general,
is far off the mark,
and so we have to talk about the Bible,
and the Power of God.

And in October,
I am going to make an announcement
concerning the most radical decision I have ever made.
It's all about making disciples in the arts
during a shift in time,
during a time of war,
at the end of a scary dark age.

The one who disciples the artists,
disciples the nations.

He Never Fails.
